It all started when...

I was on a mission to make some outrageously essence smoothie bowls. This is one of my favourites and I've named this 'invigorate' due to its high fibre, phytonutrient, vitamin C, vitamin B6, folate and potassium content.

Ingredients:

  • Half a banana
  • Handful of blueberries
  • Plant based organic coconut yogurt
  • Crushed ice
  • Goji berries
  • Coconut sprinkles

Smoothie - The Double H (Hangover Healer)

For when you really need a some 'health'ishness...that's a thing right!?

So I am sure now that I can whip these two up in less time than it takes to zap a bowl of Weetabix in the microwave!

Ingredients:

Coconut bowl 1 (on the left)

  • Plant based organic coconut yoghurt
  • Crushed ice
  • Handful of blueberries
  • Acai berries

  • Plant based almond yogurt
  • Crushed ice
  • Kiwi
  • Kale
  • Spirulina
